Prototype Proofing

Noble uses a variety of transparent materials such as conductive PC acrylic and PS to make several proofings for customers to test their performance and physical dimensional accuracy.

Due to its special structure andmaterial level in individual positions is very thin so it is very difficult to control the deformation degree when using CNC processing technology to produce prototype model. At the same time it is very difficult to ensure the accuracy of the grinding and polishing process after machining but after multiple proofing tests we provide customers satisfactory products successfully with professional experience.

Processing And Manufacturing

We have made several sets of molds for our customers and have passed the trial into the mass production stage.

All parts made of transparent PC. Due to the serious unevenness of the left and right material level of one of the larger parts resulting in shrinkage deformation is relatively serious proofing at the first time proofing. In order to meet the accuracy requirements of the product we adjust the temperature pressure speed etc. After obtaining permission we modified mould detail under the premise that doesn’t affect the product function finally get a satisfactory product.

Die life is 200000 times or so which can basically meet the customer's usage in the first 2 years.

At present this project has been prepared to make second-generation product molds.

Parts Purchase

The customer handed over all the assembly work of this project to our company. So we need to purchase a variety of accessories according to customer requirements such as 3M double-sided adhesive Arcare double-sided adhesive high temperature resistant adhesive (above 200 degrees) ITO film Teflon film FEP protective film air pump vacuum pump etc. And we should cooperate with customers tofind the right parts processing suppliers. We took full advantage of our company in the manufacturing industry for more than 10 years quickly found the right supplier according to the customer's requirements and cooperated with customers in sample small-batch and large-quantity procurement to ensure the smooth and efficient production..

At the same time we helped our customers to find a professional suppliers in China and completed customized special spraying equipment. Under the premise of greatly reducing the cost we realized ultra-thin Teflon coating process based on ITO film and the thinnest thickness arrived 0.5 microns. The equipment adopts precision components such as imported spray gun and proportional valves and we can adjust the different film thickness to realize different requirements by accurately controlling its flow rate and speed.


Product Assembling

 We provide customer with complete assembly services. The company has a well-equipped professional assembly line and experiencedassembly engineers which can quickly and accurately achieve the customer's assembly requirements.

In order to improve the assembly efficiency and theaccuracy of finished products we designed and produced more than 10 kinds of fixtures and jigs and other tools including plate-forming plywood vacuum sucker test fixture tool mould and so on.

In the assembly details we optimized some of the processes and the materials to make the assembly more efficient through actual testing.


Product Testing

 According to requirement and guidance of customers we conducted a variety of tests including transparency test flatness test and closed test to ensure that the finished products can meet customer requirements after delivery.


Packaging Logistics

 We will individually pack each assembled product according to the customer's requirements to achieve a dust-proof effect and avoid scratches and make a corresponding tag for each packet convenient to the finished product tracking tests per level.

In terms of outer packing we can achieve the lightest the minimum volume and the best protection effect.
